The hot tub was amazing been awhile since I have been in one the fireplace was nice and warm the bed was comfortable and staff was friendly
did hear people outside in the hallway different hours of the night other than that no other issue

The pictures of the suite that I picked was not the suite I got there was no fireplace

Desk clerks very friendly.
No breakfast. Side door by pool card reader did not work. Couldn't get cover deal off of complimentary shampoo.
