    We had a good stay, bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly. However, as the hotel was situated in an old building, we had eerie experience in the first two nights.

    It is a really nice hotel to stay in and very good location (town) but is far from the HSR station, if u don't wish to spend money on uber, need to factor in time to take the bus to the HSR station or bus and train to the HSR station. Hotel is 1 level only, cosy, big and I like the ID. Staff is very helpful and friendly. She introduced to us what to eat for all meals. Kindly note that the front desk is not 24hrs. Overall is a great 4D3N stay! Recommended hotel! Room for improvement: I think they should help to tidy the bed too instead of changing or replenishing the toiletries and vacuum the floor only.
