    Location was perfect, right at the door step for boarding ship in morning, along with the markets also a few meters away. Room was tidy and clean overall however not the 5 star Rendezvous you might expect, the wardrobe sliding doors feel off onto me as I was opening them. Bed and Aircon was good, kitchenette and bathroom was decent all around. No breakfast but are many places around area.

    Happy with the location and the staff. The room was very old and not very clean and dusty room 206, bit of mold in bathroom, kitchenette was very old and carpet was not cleaned or maybe just worn, the bedroom ceiling was not clean around the aircon vent, might of been mold? Next time we will stay in another room.

    We stayed 2 nights and were unlucky to experience a problem with our room following a storm. The staff were fantastic and handled it with efficiency, professionalism and grace. We were quickly moved to another room , with a minimum of fuss. There were apologies, a partial refund and even a gift of some chocolates and champagne, as well as a personal apology note. This impressed us and more than made up for the minor inconvenience. This was a master class in how businesses should respond when something goes wrong. They did it very well! Beds were super comfortable and water pressure excellent. Location is in the heart of The Rocks and it was so easy to walk to everything . Some aspects of the rooms were a bit dated but we were very comfy and had a beautiful harbour bridge view from our replacement room. I’d stay there again.

    Room was really old part of building it smelt old carpet kitchen pretty average. You had to climb up narrow staircase to get to bedroom would be extremely difficult if you had mobility issues. Only good thing was comfortable bed.
