Very nice comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant with a complimentary breakfast. Good location in the Recoletta district. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Metro station at the end of the block. The only negatives were one small elevator and the room's en-suite bathroom had a very small toilet area.

I came back here for a stay because I was satisfied with it the first time. The rooms are large and clean, if a bit dated. Although the second time around, I had gotten a room which was slightly renovated so they're clearly trying to take care of the place. The gym is fine, it's located near train lines and right across from a supermarket which is very nice to have. It's a bit of a walk to the center of town but it's great that it's possible. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Staff is excellent, very helpful with everything. Location is close to cruise terminal, but you cannot walk there because of the neighbourhood the terminal is in. Other things are within a walk of 10-20 minutes, but the metro station is close by. The rooms and the furniture are basic. The hotel smells old but clean. It is not a place to hang out. On the other hand, it will be fine if it is sleep and run.
