Our bathroom sink was very slow to drain and the entire hotel seemed very dark. I could not read the directions to cook a waffle at breakfast because there wasn't enough light over the area. Otherwise - okay.

The room was clean and nice. Didn’t get to try out the pool unfortunately. Loved the stay, for one night. The one thing that got on my nerves was being asked if I was checking out every time I walked out the door in the morning. I was not the only one taking stuff to their car and being asked if they were checking out I walked to my car to put stuff in it twice and was asked both times if I was checking out.

I made a reservation for two nights and 10 days ahead of our stay I called to cancel and was told that I would have to pay for both and couldn’t cancel the second night. I booked it on Hotels.com which said that it was “fully refundable”. Don’t stay here! The room was dingy.

Hotel was close to original destination. No elevater available, my husband has COPD. Would not have booked if we had known. Pool was not open, one reason we chose thus hotel, really feel let down with this booking. You pay outrageous pries for a one night stay and do not have adverised facilities available. Disappointing! The room itself had a moldy mildewy smell. I made a cup of coffee....lol if you can call it that...more I feel that I really over paid for this stay!like weak coffee colored water.

Would have liked to been told at check in that the pool wasn't open due to something being broken. My 6 year old was excited all day to go swimming after we got her brother moved into his dorm room. Our AC barely cooled the room at all, the kids couldn't fall asleep because they said they were too hot. The blankets/sheets were not terribly stained or dirty but definitely not the cleanest.

Employee assigned a room that had not been cleaned. It was on the first floor across from vending and the pool. We requested a room on the second floor but were told they were sold out for the next night. I explained we were only staying one night and would be gone by the next morning. She would not move us. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The manager on duty the next morning was extremely pleasant. He was very cordial. They have hanging flowerpots on the front porch but all of the plants are dead. Not very inviting. We have always stayed at this property in the past but will not be staying there going forward.
