My whole stay was excellent. The room was great and very clean. The staff were awesome.....Monica at the front desk was seriously the best person in that role that I have met in my frequent travels. They need to clone her for every hotel :) Sajeda was also great when I checked out.

The location is great. Easily walk to the Bryggen and Bergenhus fortress. Hotel has plenty of parking behind the building. We were also very impressed with the breakfast included with our stay. So delicious and many varieties. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to my friends.
