We stayed at this hotel for just one night as a stopover while traveling from Orlando to Marathon, mainly to visit the alligator farm nearby.
From what we experienced, breakfast was very standard — sausages, eggs, pastries, and coffee — and there is also a pool. Unfortunately, our neighbors were noisy until early morning with loud conversations and the TV, followed by other disturbances. I called the front desk to complain, and someone did come to speak with them, after which it seemed to calm down.
Overall, it was okay. But honestly, what else should you expect from a hotel of this level? The main purpose was simply to have a roof over our heads and a place to sleep before continuing the trip. The location is convenient for visiting the alligator farm, and the price was quite reasonable.

The walls are thin and you can hear neighbors talking. Complained but no help given. Got very little sleep because of girl talking on phone LOUDLY almost all night.
Staff was friendly but no help.
