Very good hotel overall (7.5/10). Stayed 7 nights in March. Quite a nice carpeted room. Comfy bed. Everything worked as it should. A notable mention for the toilet paper which was great, the type you'd have at home. You seldom get good TP in hotels, a pleasant surprise, especially considering the price-point. Good staff overall, although I was allocated an accessible room which wasn't required and there was some initial resistance to changing the room. Convenient location, worked well for going to Everglades National Park. I would stay again, as for the price paid (*** total per night) it was good value.

Upon check in to the room there is no towels or bathroom tissue. Then when laying in one of the beds there was DOG TICKS. I told the front desk they need an exterminator all they did was shrug their shoulders & say okay. They refused to give refund along side agoda the booking agent. Disgusting !!

The staff were very accommodating, always willing to help without hesitation. Prime location next to Turnpike, Walmart and shopping district. Would stay again. Shower floor and curtains were the only negatives along with debris on hallway carpet. Overall great stay.
