    This was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in There was a dead mouse on the floor when I entered the room the toilet wasn’t clean and there were dead bugs littering the top of the ac The room was also filled with cockroaches The breakfast was sub par for a room that expensive and when I confronted the manager with these complaints he didn’t believe me and threatened to call the police Also I still haven’t received my deposit back

    I Recently stayed at this days inn Orlando, and I had no issues no concerns with my stay! In fact the hotel owner went out of his way to make sure to accommodate my fiancé and I after we accidentally booked the wrong date through an online booking app! The online booking app would not allow me to change the dates and instead told me I would forfeit my money and gave to pay a cancellation fee on top of losing out on the money I already spent. Thankfully the owner still made sure to accommodate us knowing we were out of town and in doing so saved us a lot of time and headache, so I feel he didn’t have to do that and it was very nice of him to do so! The hotel staff are very friendly and for the most part the hotel is clean ! I would recommend staying here

    I stayed at many hotels/motels in my life and several were cheaper than this one but we never felt unwelcome ,uncomfortable and unsafe like this one. The check in was cotton dry/almost arrogant, the room had a foul smell, broken off shower handle, no soap/shampoo, absolutely nothing besides roaches and bed bugs.The internet was so weak that it wasn’t exist, barely any plugs and when we would them our items stopped charging after 10 min.Crackheads and people doing whatever in their cars hanging out. Pet fee for each pet is 25$ which wasn’t disclosed before,pet rooms are very inconvenient in the back of the hotel.100& security deposit for???I don’t think this could be more run down.***$plus security so ***$ for this and nothing of this was mentioned before…I thought I pay **$.This is honestly robbery.The security guard scared us instead of making us feel safe and was extremely rude and unprofessional, cleaning people knocked an hour before checkout and ignored the do not disturb sign. The only positive experience was the friendly manager and how close it is to downtown
