    Stayed with older children, the room was big enough for 2 king beds and a small table and chairs. We were on the city side but no traffic noise and just across the road from southern cross station and tram stops. Great stay. Thank you

    The location of the hotel is fantastic far enough away from the main sections of the CBD however close enough to walk everywhere and the train station across the road is great. Unfortunately it’s like the staff and management hav forgotten that customer service sells, the check in was amazingly quick, but then an incident just showed that the hotel is there to take your money and not a lot more. The way the staff just shrugged the incident off, and the email response was very similar. I would recommend the location if you don’t mind about just being there no real customer service. If uour in a room close to a lift it sounds like it is constantly making noise, I thought it was a washing machine. To start with, unfortunately we were on site when the Telstra outage happened so not internet services on night one, we didn’t eat breakfast based on others reviews. The car park around the corner isn’t too badly priced for a couple of days in there. While the hotel says they are not responsible for and tickets received during your stay, hopefully they have added it to their email but out the front is a tow away zone at certain times, make sure to check signage. The sheets are noisey, when you pull them up or move them sounds so loud, and every now and again could hear people around us in their rooms, the staff could have been a bit more thorough with cleaning including the drawers and bathroom.
