    after long search in barcelona hotel and videos this is the best hotel in city center barcelona staff espcially reception housekeeper lication rooms is big everything dont search too much this is the besssst

    We book 2 rooms. Nicely designed hotel and well kept. Good location too. However amenities and housekeeping sucks - I can’t imagine a hotel like this that provides only a single bottle of water for entire 4 day stay and even the kettle had to be requested. I was told it was hotel policy to provide only 1 bottle of water upon check in. Tissue? Well a single small packet of 5 sheets was provided and the housekeeping don’t even bother to replenish. I don’t really know how much a box of tissue or a bottle of water DAILY affect costing of running a hotel but for the price I am paying I think we can get better hotels elsewhere nearby.
