    El personal es muy amable y tienen una buena actitud de servicio. Por el precio, el hotel debería ofrecer más amenidades o comodidades dentro de la habitación.     The hotel does not meet five-star standards. In my opinion, the level it represents is closer to a four-star property. The hotel is visibly worn and in need of renovation. The room lacked basic amenities that should be standard in a hotel of this category, including slippers, a bathrobe, and facilities for making coffee or tea. There was also a stale, unpleasant smell in the room, which significantly reduced the comfort of the stay. The breakfast was very disappointing, with a limited selection and poor overall quality. Cleanliness was another major issue. A five-star hotel should maintain a much higher standard, but unfortunately there was a lot of dust and dirt in the room. During my first stay, construction work could also be heard early in the morning. This is unacceptable in a hotel that claims to offer this level of comfort and service. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel. Its only real advantage is its location.

    We enjoyed staying at the Sheraton . All major old museums and historic buildings are within easy walking distance. Excellent service . As we were leaving early they even had a breakfast goody bag ready for us. The cleanliness point relates to the fact that the lobby on the floor we were on had a tissue on the floor that was still there the next day in spite of two sets of cleaners on the corridors each side. Why didn’t they hoover and clean lobby of that floor too.
