We love staying here. The rooms and beds are all new. I love having a coffee shop in the lobby and a kurig in the room. Knott’s Berry farm is just a short walk. They also have a shuttle to Disney. We usually stay here, take the shuttle to Disney and then finish our day

Went there due to a business trip but so enjoyed staying there! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is beautiful and clean, the food is delicious, and the amenities are great. So plan on going back and bring my family to enjoy the hotel AND the park!

We had a great time, room was really clean, hotel was gorgeous, staff was really nice and welcoming, parking was super easy and nice that we didn’t have to pay for parking to enter the park. Super easy walk to the park and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel! The fact that you can just park and then walk to KBF or the marketplace stores makes it perfect! I recently stayed there solely to shop at the marketplace because I love the atmosphere! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff are super friendly! The only thing I miss is the free breakfast buffet, but having a Starbucks in the lobby was a good trade off! My go-to hotel when I'm in the area!

Staff is wonderful, greeted me as soon as i walked through the doors. The rooms are clean, nothing to complain about there. I was traveling alone with my daughter and was given a conjoining room which would have been fine but the noise that comes through the wall and doors is absolutely shallots. The family in the next room had young children who screamed for HOURS. You could hear EVERYTHING from the next room. Unzipping a bag, every conversation, the kids screaming at the top of their lungs, the mom then yelling at the kids to stop screaming, which didn't help. The dad then yelling over all of them. They had their cartoons on so very loud, then their toys on top of it all. It was pure chaos for at least 2 hours every night. Not the hotels fault, and young kids are expected at places like this, other than the lack of soundproofing. But beware of the conjoined rooms, you will have no privacy. Oh, and you have to pay for parking. Bummer.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful, she was also on duty when checked out. She was helpful, friendly and caring. We took the van they offer to Disneyland, both drivers were great. Also, Jancy the bartender is very good and friendly.

Room was clean but the restroom is tiny and looks old. Carpet was frayed. Room AC didnt feel like it was cold. I woke up feeling sweaty every time. Otherwise, very clean. Pool temperature was not as warm as I thought it would be and not well kept.

Got a salad to go from the restaurant. The Romaine was fresh and nice, but the chicken was dry. The salad had no dressing on it and the people at the counter were not interested in the customers at all. We went back for dinner the next night they sat us in the back by the door. It was extremely cold. Our server did move us but half the restaurant was empty and we could’ve sat up toward the front where it was nice and warm. The one manager/server said we had to sat in the next station! The hotel is great but the restaurant isn’t up to par at all!
