The worst service they have. They canceled my reservation without calling me. When I arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available. They couldn't help me; I had to sleep in the car. Terrible service. I don't recommend it

The worst ever!

How close it was to knotts

Everything. The staff sucked. The ice machine was broken. You couldn’t use the hot tub even though it said it was open. The room was OK holes in the furniture holes in the wall holes in the paintings no plugs to plug in your phones trying to get breakfast was a task because housekeeping was there getting their breakfast at one point I turned around to get a muffin and the Housekeeper took all six of them when you ask her receipt you have to give them ID overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

Beware a management lack of intelligence

The management is being lacked of intelligent. Why I said someone lack of intelligence? If any items are in the lost and found must be and a consideration an owner has a power to say, agree to allow anyone to pick it up. Without registering person at that hotel can pick it up. When a person pick it up will show his/her ID or driver license anyway and it should be valid.

The bed and parking lot

Checked in online but when I arrived I waited 15 minutes because their wifi was down at the front desk. Got the room keys and was notified that my room was on the 3rd floor and elevator was broken. Floor was dirty and bathroom had stains. Wifi never worked. And had 2 drunk men knocking and banging on our room door at 12:30 am and again at 1:40 am. They left a beer in front of our room. Took long for the check out as well since they seemed to not be able to find my information on their computer.

The motel definitely needs some updating. The room was poorly lit and had a damp, musty smell, as if moisture was trapped inside. Breakfast options were very limited—just a few cereals—and I couldn’t even find milk for the kids. The layout of the property is confusing and hard to navigate; parking is in the back, and you have to walk around to find your room. There’s only one elevator, and the dim lighting throughout makes it feel unsafe, especially when traveling with little ones.

The location was perfect. The staff is excellent.

The bedsheets did not fit the bed. The flat sheet popped off constantly the sheets were stiff and the pillows were very small, the jacuzzi was closed. No coffee maker.

No security patrolling. My neighbor was smoking outside of her door and she was talking loud to friends at one in the morning. I had to open my door and remind her to be mindful of others.

The water was hot, beds were comfortable, pool and spa were great too. Staff was also nice.

The pool n jacuzzi were ok

We got there unpacked everything, went to the pool, came back and air conditioner didn’t work. We called front desk, they said maintenance was gone. All they could do was move us to a different room. We had to dry off , get all of our things that we just unpacked and move. My husband has a cane. They said to park close to our room n use the elevator. The elevator had caution tape around it. We had to walk to the front of the facility to use the elevator. We went out the next day and came home to find out they had sent a text saying the water was going to be shut off. We had gone to soak city and needed a shower so we had to wait , wet waiting to take a shower. We asked for more towels, and again we were told that we would have to come to the front desk n get towels. The breakfast was almost empty of everything when we went to eat. It was 8:15. The whole stay was very disappointing. We will never stay there again.

Absolutely Nothing! The best thing was getting the hell away from this crime ridden, disgusting human trafficking nightmare. I had to run from gun fire

This place is an entire scam with a bunch of racist liars who refused to cancel my booking after double charging me for incidentals. Booking.com is a scam as well wanting me to sit and wait in a place for 45 minutes in order to cancel my booking after calling the location 2x and they refusing to pickup as to not cancel and to charge me. So after paying in full I get and then charging my card in advance for incidentals they refused to give me my key and a room until I gave them a so called $50 cash for incidentals. I told booking I couldn’t wait in that location because it was dangerous and people were shooing booking refused to refund my money because I did not want to sit in a location and wait for the business to pick up the phone which they refused the first too attempt. It’s a money grab. I wouldn’t pay $1 to stay in that potty hole. They both left me homeless and in danger after pay in full in advance. Don’t use booking or this toilet of a place. Then the foreigner tried to use a racial slur to call me his sister what a low disgusting racist. to the spot
