Hotel has a good location and parking in front. Rooms are spacious but feels a bit tired and smells old. Staff at the restaurant are very friendly, cannot say the same about reception. Breakfast is good.

The location was amazing right next to the major attraction the art museum and close walk to the botanical garden which was awesome.

It was a very nice hotel, friendly staff and quiet. We stayed there for 3 nights and found it very convenient for travel around town. It was close to public transportation and stores, shopping, restaurants etc. the tub in the bathroom was a bit high and one needs to be careful getting in and out. Would return to the hotel.

Booked a room for 2 night's as travelling for business and checked out after the first night. Rooms are old and worn out and very dusty. Was allocated a room and when i entered there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Walked further into the room and there was a pair of kickers on the window shelf. Reported issue to reception and i changed rooms. After travelling for the day i was very hungry. Went to the restaurant and was informed there was no prawns or seabass. Ended up with a burger which was ok. I was then woken up in the middle of the night due to the shower about the tub started to leak. I had a poor night's sleep as the matteress was very hard. Avoid if travelling for business. I have requested i refund for the night I didn't stay but the hotel have refused.

Had 2 night stay at the hotel, which is well located near Aros museum. The rooms are quiet, the rooms are aging and bathrooms could get an upgrade. The gym facilities cost extra to use, surprisingly, I personally never experienced it before. The staff i found quiet rude and unfriendly. Overall, it's ok hotel for a few night stays.

We had a room at the top floor with a beautiful view. The beds were really comfortable, and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The only problem was the queue in front of the coffee machine.

Very comfortable hotel. More corporate than cozy or offbeat, of course, but well run. Amazing breakfast buffet, truly.

The furnishings appeared to be older. Stains on the carpet, these should be cleanable. A lot of dust on the wall of fixtures (visible in pictures). A whole line of dust and dirt under the door. The water jug appears to have a chalk line from previous use. Wires stick out under the TV, look messy and should be easily hidden. Glass was dirty at the bottom, I don't know if they have been used without being changed. The drain in the bathtub needs to be cleaned as the water had difficulty draining away. The shower head was a little defective. I don't think it's acceptable when you pay approximately DKR 1500/night. The bed was good to sleep in.

Great overall experience for a proper 4 stars hotel, but parking with 33 Euros per night too expensive (4 Euro Apcoa discount are a joke) and 20 Euro extra for cleaning for having a dog in the room is also way too much.
