    All of their rooms are adjoining rooms with an uninsulated plank door in between. Be careful! Unmotivated and unhelpful staff who could care less if you’re not happy 😵

    Loud noise coming from the wall when a/c is on at room 320. A bit of Communication difficulties

    This location has issues with the 3PM availability. It's not usual to still be awaiting check in two hours later. The wait staff are rude, will take calls while a customer is at the desk being helped. Spend many minutes on the phone helping the caller all while not attending to the business at hand. It was a very unpleasant experience to be told to have a seat. I requested they communicate with my third party booking agent as they are the hold up and the reply was the room is available we just don't know when. Totally unexpected as a guaranteed reservation paid in advance is in the details. This will be my last time using this hotel and probably my last time using this third party service. Thank you.
