    This place has went down over the years. But still an OK place to stay temporarily...... Not very well cleaned or maintained. Except for certain rooms you have to go in and fight the roaches..... I have stayed there 6 times within the last month. And none of the refrigerators worked

    The person on overnight shift, she was very rude about getting me pots and pans I had went out and bought food to make dinner put it in the fridge, I figured that the pots and pans should be in the room I paid for with a full kitchen figured it would come with everything it needed, So I didn't bother to check before I had left to go to the store. When I got back to cook there was nothing to cook with,no plates or utensils to eat with so I went down to the desk she asked the lady if I could get pots and pans and she told me no that I had to wait till the following day till housekeeping was available which I find repulsive because I wanted to eat dinner that I had bought for that night that I was there that I had paid for the room that has this full kitchen in it for that reason if I wanted to stay at a hotel where I couldn't cook, I would have gone to the ez8 for 40 bucks. I think they should refund my pay or give me another stay. That would be stellar customer service.
