    After a long drive the first experience with the front desk was awesome. Friendly and helpful. We only stayed a night but the check-in process was easy and helpful.

    Because the the hotel location and event during the weekend, we have no choice but go for this hotel. I was very disappointed at the value we paid. The beds are bed! Soft no support, sleep in literally v shape. How can the beds so bed and cost *** a night?!? It’s unacceptable! Will NOT recommend and will NOT stay again!!!! Extremely disappointed with Hyatt Regency group!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! With *** price tag you have way more choices in the area!
