    The location was great. The view from my balcony was awesome. Staff at front desk, speak politely and helped me while check inI should recommend you please provide some basic facilities like sleepers, toothpaste, hair dryer, thank you.

    The room opened to a pool which was great, but the room smelled like chorine, the bathroom tub drained water poorly and after two attempts by their staff to clear it, it still did not drain. We approached them with the concern on day 2 of 4, but they called us while we were asleep the night before we checked out offering for us to move. A bit late there, it could have been handled better on their end.

    Staff was good. But renovation going on so hot tub closed. Building is old. I wouldn't want to book ever again. Charging same price even when renovation going on.
