Thanks for a lovely stay in your hotel. So positive personal, clean and good facility in the room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffé. The location is perfect with walking distance to the water, shops and restaurants.

This is a very old hotel right in the heart of Kelowna’s downtown, very near the waterfront park and in the recently created downtown pedestrian mall (street markets, musicians etc during the season). I was on a golf trip with my adult sun, just staying one night. The double queen bed room and bathroom was refurbished, Bed was comfortable, shower was high pressured, towels very new and soft…… just fine thanks very much. There’s a modest but well equipped windowed (daylighted) fitness room. No pool or hot tub. Price included full buffet breakfast, which was no better but no worse than the usual fare at these types of hotels. Some good restaurants nearby. Overall, decent value for relatively small money in a good location in an otherwise outrageously overpriced market.

Disappointed rooms are quite small, no microwave in the room. Parking is free but very tight.
