There only clean the room one time and we just got some towels from the lady but thank anyway the lady don’t understand us don’t speak English that’s well

The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. There's a convenient shuttle to the airport, but what stands out most is the location for someone like me who can't afford a hotel in NY—just a train ride of less than 20 minutes and you're in NYC.
