Front desk staff member was really helpful and nice. Worked really well with our crew. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. The halls smelled nice. The outside parking area wasn't in the best condition but that did not reflect inside.

Good access to the 101. Bring your eyeshades. The parking lot is extremely lit up at night.

Staff was helpful with ideas is places to eat. Very courteous. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. This is a gated hotel which adds an extra layer of security we appreciated. Would have given a higher rating to staff but the front desk person apparently assumed I was listening when he gave the person ahead of me the gate code, so I didn't have it. Fortunately, an employee working on the grounds helped us out. The other problem was that the outside garbage cans were overflowing, so no place to leave dog waste bags. Other than that, which isn't terrible, would recommend.
