The hotel has suffered some set backs in the 2 years since we’d last been there. The hotel was much dirtier. Especially in common areas like the pool and arcade. Service was overall not great. All the Valet staff is amazing! They give a great first impression. Our front desk check in was cold and unwelcoming, a pretty stark contrast. The folks in the market were also all really great. The restaurant was hot or miss. Had a terrible dinner in Vue our first night there. Service was abysmal and our salad was obviously not washed because there was sand in it. Had a great breakfast there the day we left. So maybe don’t go for dinner?

The property is in a really nice area and the outside looks really nice. However inside the room is very old. During our stay, 1) we have a 3 year old kid with a stroller, as soon as we open the door, there's a 5-6 steps going down in order to get into the room, which made it very difficult for us to go in and out with the stroller. 2) The bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in, we called the front desk to have someone fix it, but after they came, it was still draining very very very slow, to the point we need to stop, wait for it to drain, and then continue to use it. 3) The air dryer was dirty and broken, we called for them to send another one, the new one was also very nasty, and didn't work at certain angle probably due to poor wire connection. 4) when we checked in, the toilet bowl was also dirty, we had to flush it first before using. Given the price we paid for the room, it was just not worth it.

I reported the issue to your staff and requested that the shoes be found or that I be compensated, but I have not received any response or follow-up. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and let me know how you intend to resolve it.

Refrigerator did not work, the room smelled really bad, the food was tasteless and very expensive, I never could get on the Internet to work at all and no one seeed to care. Horrible experience I recommend no one visit this property waste of time and money.

The room smelled moldy/ musky. Especially the pillows I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they sent a tech. The tech replaced the HVAC filter and said not much more can be done.

The staff overall was nice and very friendly. The property and room are dated, and look in need of some TLC. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found a cockroach in our room, which we disposed off and let the staff know. They said they would spray and do a thorough cleaning; this was not obvious when we came back. Garden pool was dirty on the bottom and had quite a lot of stuff floating in it. Overall for the price I expect better quality and level of appearance. We have stayed at less expensive places that are cleaner and better overall. Also parking is very expensive ($40 a day) for a property that is not close to anything.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni Resort and Spa. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The pools were a highlight—spacious, relaxing, and perfect for both lounging and swimming. The food was also excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. Overall, everything from the atmosphere to the service made the experience really enjoyable.

Lots of amenities on site. Very family friendly resort with lots of activities for kids. You can easily stay on the property without having to go anywhere else. Our room was dusty and had a weird odor. There were no towels at the pool in the evening and it closed at 10pm. Food at Vue was not good, very bland. The food food at Bar Traza was really good.

Everything about this resort is amazing! Although we weren't traveling with kids, it was so fun to see all the activities and attention given to families. It's also a dog-friendly environment! We had such fun soaking in the spa as the sun set over the golf course, listening to the dueling pianos. There was such a great feeling in the air. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. Very comfortable. We can't wait to stay again soon!
