    Amazing service, great location, great buffet. Excellent staff except one lady named Kiana who was very rude, wouldn't even let you say anything otherwise great place to go again.

    Positive things about this stay was the comfy bad. That’s all. The stuff was very nervous to check us in - somehow very busy looking fo the pen etc. It felt that they have something else to do before checking you in. Unfortunately the towel shad wholes and were very thin - hm. The towel for the legs was missing. We were both of us and the bathroom was greeting us with only one “sad” bottle of lotion. Unfortunately the layout of the room was wrong - facing the TV on the right side of the bed. Usually, you have the TV placed in front of you…. And the last shock was to purchase $38 parking spot. Also, we wanted to order a bottle of vine to celebrate our concert. At 11:30 PM, the room service told us that they are closed and suggested to call Uber. Well…what a stay at 4* Hotel? Hm…I would reconsider!
