rooms were very noise, many guest loud and inconsiderate we changed room still very noisy, people were up till 3.00am

My stay was exceptional. The room was kept in great condition by housekeeping, front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful, guest services was attentive and warm and the cafe staff was friendly and on point with service. A few names I want to specifically highlight:
