    The duty manager Muhammad imran awan was very rude nd non cooperative bahivour . The way he talk he is wrong …. Need to understand the situation of others too sometimes if can’t understand u Dnt deserve the hospitality job

    I recently stayed at Avari Towers Karachi for 4 nights. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the room was worth the price I paid. When I checked in, the telephone in the room was completely non-functional, and there was also an issue with the temperature control device. These basic facilities should be checked and confirmed to be working properly before assigning the room to a guest. The room itself was quite small, even though I was given an upgrade to an Executive Room as mentioned by the hotel. I still found the room very small and basic for the price. The furniture, flooring, and overall room design also look quite old-fashioned and dated. Considering the amount I paid, I expected a more modern and comfortable room. Breakfast was included in my stay. The variety was not particularly impressive, although the food was not bad — I would describe it as just okay. One thing I really appreciated was the room dining service. I enjoyed the food from the room dining menu, and the service was good. Orders were delivered quickly, which was a positive experience. Overall, the staff service was good, but the room itself was disappointing for the price. Before assigning rooms to guests, the hotel should make sure that basic facilities such as the telephone, temperature controls, and other room equipment are fully functional. For the price I paid, I expected better value and a more modern, spacious room.
