It was very affordable for the cleanliness and the service we received. We only stayed for a night because we did a roadtrip in the north and going back to the south. We received complimentary snacks and water which we haven’t experienced from other hotels. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean (though the shower curtain had some tiny stuff) but overall, it was maintained good. The AC was working well!m for the August heat in Fresno. It’s just across one of the oldest McDonald‘s in the world. Also next to Denny‘s. There was free breakfast but we slept until almost 11:00AM and loved the check-out time was 12noon!!! Hotels should be like this because we stay in hotels to rest and no need to worry to wake up early due to the earlier check-out time. We were just happy with our stay especially for the price/service!

If you are okay with an older type of hotel, go ahead and book. The location is good because you are near places to eat like Dennys, McDonald's, Popeyes etc. Breakfast is okay if you just need to put something in your belly, so we opted to eat at Dennys the next day just so we have a proper breakfast. I wish they would renovate and update this hotel, even their supplies like towels and bed sheets. You can see and smell the age of this hotel with its carpet (from the hallway to the room) and the shower head in the bathroom. So yeah, needs more cleaning and updating.
