First time in Amsterdam and what a great experience! The hotel is perfectly located, clean, and great staff! The bed was very comfortable! Would absolutely stay again!

I had a very good experience at this hotel when I visited around four years ago, so I was looking forward to coming back. This time, however, I felt that a few areas could benefit from some attention and updating.
For example, the bathroom sinks could be improved from a design and practicality perspective, as it can be a little difficult to use them without splashing water around the surrounding area. I also noticed that the gym is now quite small and has limited space, especially when more than two guests are using it at the same time.
The positioning of the electrical outlets in the room could also be a little more convenient.
Overall, I think the hotel would benefit from some renovation and maintenance to bring it back to the standard I remember from my previous visit, as I felt the hotel was noticeably better back then.
One thing I really appreciated, though, is the free underground bicycle parking. It’s a great and convenient feature, as you don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot or leaving your bicycle outside.

The hotel check-in guy was awesome. Carlos. He was so funny. They gave us a glass of Prosecco. Oriented us to the city you gave us. Lots of great advice about where to go. Would come back.

when i booked via agoda, it showed all taxes included. even while check in the staff member re cheked and assured that all taxes are paid. however at the time of checkout they said the city taxes are pending and i had checked it while booking as i was comparing between agoda and booking.com. however the hotel charged me extra city tax despite of all the discussion and said that this is an issue with agoda booking. this was extremely unprofessional on agoda and hotel's behalf as on all the booking confirmation documents and payment reciepts there was no mention of any pending payments under any heads and this is outright deception.
