    Stay was exceptional. Gave us complementary drinks upon arrival. The next morning was raining, and the hotel provided us with umbrellas to use.

    Hotels overall great. Excellent beds, showers and other amenities. But the biggest benefit of all is how conveniently located it is. You can either get the 397 Bus To/From the Airport straight to the hotel street. Or take a Tram from Amsterdam Centraal that drops you off only a few minutes walk from the hotel. It's very minor, but it would have been nice for a modern TV with Netflix capabilities etc. Instead it was just a bunch of news channels and Comedy Central. Still 5 stars

    They will surprise you with city tax after your stay at checkout. Rooms are old with permanent stains on sink and toilet. Our deluxe room didn’t have the seating area in the pictures (2 chairs+ table), only a desk and 1 chair was available. Balcony/ window is too small and can’t be opened. But great location right next to Vondelpark
