    No one at the front desk for a long time when trying to check in at 8 PM, then, went to request tissues because there were none and again, no one at the front desk. Had to call the hotel from cell phone while standing at the front desk and someone finally came out. She said she could not get the tissues and then would send someone. It took another call and then someone came after 45 minutes. Noticed after showering that there wasn’t a hair dryer. The front desk could not leave supposedly because that is the rule I was told, but no one was actually there. Called 3 times for follow up over an hour and a half. Never got a hairdryer and was told that someone must have taken it. Very disappointing. There is more, but those were the most frustrating.
