The room was clean. The hotel breakfast didn't start till 7 which was too late for me to join and seems late in general. They happily delivered pillows to my room when i called the front desk. I can't tell if it used to be a bad hotel that theyre making nice again or if it was a nice hotel thats becoming bad as the people standing outside the rooms looked unsavory but there would be an escalade parked in the parking lot. It was confusing.

My room key didn’t work, had to go back to the front desk which they then put me in a different room on the third floor. Elevators didn’t work the entire 2nd day of our stay. Continental breakfast was sorry, just a bagged bagged muffin, coffee was empty.

There were homeless people staying at the hotel. They were fighting and being very loud. We had to move rooms because of it. The rooms weren’t clean.

The clerk took her time checking in guests. She was too busy cleaning the coffee station, while two different guests were waiting to check in. Oh yeah, I saw a roach too.

I have been staying here for an annual business trip since 2015. Always friendly service, clean rooms & a nice breakfast- on brand for La Quinta Inn. Now that this is a Days Inn, the quality has drastically declined. I booked 2 rooms for myself & my staff on 1 reservation. At check in, it was treated as 2 separate reservations. The rooms were run down and the floors were filthy. No coffee maker, which is listed as an amenity. There were unsavory people hanging in the halls, homeless in the stairwells. The elevator smelled like urine. Housekeeping had piles of sheets & towels on the ground by the trashcan at the end of the corridors. Breakfast was sad. All carbs- cereal, bread, muffins & bagels. A few tiny yogurt cups. No hard boiled eggs, no oatmeal, no waffles. A bowls of beatup looking apples. 1 coffee pot. And lots of people who didnt look like they were staying at the hotel. The breakfast attendant was rude. Definitely not the quality of the Wyndham brand.

I’m 34 so I should know by now that pictures are very deceiving. I should have just known from the price. Smart tv in the room with the most basic remote with no “menu” button. So I start to scroll the channels. There is news stations for every single city in America on this tv. I call to maybe get another remote or find out how to get to the guide channel. They told me there’s a button on the remote. I told her there’s not. We go back and forth a few times with her just telling me “I guess you’re out of luck” I finally ask for some type of compensation for the inconvenience and she finally says I can give you $25 off your stay so I say absolutely and she was very quick to get off the phone. Doors aren’t sealed properly nor do they shut without a little force and turning the knob so it actually catches. Luckily before I put it on my body I could smell the towel that I almost used. It smelled like it had recently been used to clean up vomit then sent through the wash to be cleaned. 1 wash cloth for a reservation with 2 guests. My grandma was sick and there’s not very many options in this city and we needed something quick. We will never be back to this crappy place.

Property needed a lot of TLC (tender love and care) for much needed renovations and cleaning at the least. The room was outdated and the not exactly as advertised in photos. The vinyl base boards were peeling off. The bed was made but sheets were washed covered with stained spots. The walls had stains spots and the lighting was limited other than window lighting for the room.

Elevator is accessed outside of the buildings and room key not required for access. Urine smell in the elevator on all days of stay and elevator turned off on the day of checkout, we were on the 3rd floor. The continental breakfast was from a very poor continent, it consisted of coffee, cereal, bagels and toast.

Getting a room here is like paying to stay at a homeless encampment with amenities. Although the rooms are clean, the people who live here are loud and obnoxious. Smoking weed on the balconies, hanging out in the parking lots, and even fighting right outside my room.

Super clean, newly renovated rooms…lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Needs more trash bins, they’re overflowing every night. No smoking signs are posted everywhere, but people are smoking all night every night. I didn’t see any security guards. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Between my blackout shades immediately falling off the window which would later expose me to the meth smoking man who was banging on my window and peering in, I can’t say this is my favorite stay. I did enjoy running to my car to get out for work, where I was greeted by a homeless addict with his pants at his ankles. Perhaps you can offer these fellas discounted rates to clean the rooms which are littered with bugs, human hair, and what can only be feces stains on the wall. It would be better than whatever your current process is! Thanks for a night of slum-like terror <3

This place was horrible. Mybfamily member found a pipe outside his room. My other family found condoms in their room. My room had roaches. We all checked the bed for bed bugs and found dirty matresses with holes. Music blasted at 2am. This was the worst place i have ever stayed.

This hotel has rooms that are only accessible from the outside, and had some sketchy business happening when I arrived at night. People were hanging out in the stairwells and being loud enough to wake me up at 2:30 am. The floor of the room was not clean and had hair and visible dirt. The staff were average, but I did not have much interaction besides picking up and dropping off the key. Overall, I wish the reviews were more honest, as I did not feel safe in the area and did not have a clean room.

Continental breakfast essentially cold cereal and toast. Yogurt once in awhile. No juice. Room very basic, no extra chair for a room set up for up to 4 people. No dresser for clothes. No mirror in room (only in bathroom) so more then one person could get ready at a time. Fride broken, took 2 days to get it fixed.
