    City Garden Grand Hotel offers a good breakfast with plenty of choices, although the food was often served cold. During heavy rain, water leaked through the window in our room, which needs attention. The rooftop area has a fantastic view and a great atmosphere, but there is very little protection from strong winds and rain. This made it extremely difficult to enjoy dinner when the weather turned bad. Overall, it is a nice hotel in a good location, but improvements to maintenance, food temperature and rooftop weather protection would make the experience much better.
