    My room was clean, clean, clean! I think this was a prior Marriott property because the studio room, complete with full kitchen, was beautiful as was the bathroom and dressing areas. Also, sofa arms were slightly dirty and needed to be steam cleaned (but the furniture was nice and in working condition) as was the carpet in a few spots. Don't plan on drinking the coffee, they don't have real cream. Charles at the front desk was extremely helpful. Parking was ample. Overall property was beautiful. I stayed two nights and felt safe and comfortable to access my car at night. Charles put me in a room on the first floor after I requested that. I would stay there again!

    For whatever reason this app would not allow me to upload the pics that I took. I booked here and upon arrival, noticed it was an apartment complex that Sonesta bought and stuck their name on. This is NOT your traditional hotel. There were a lot of people hanging around outside, sitting on the stairs smoking and just meandering around. When I walked in the lobby door, I smelled mildew type dampness. The front desk clerk said that they had just had the carpets cleaned. I asked to see the assigned room before officially checking in which he obliged. The room was not as the pictures described. Carpet was old and worn. The furniture was old and worn. The room smelled like a mixture of urine and weed. I told the front desk clerk it was unacceptable and that I would not be checking in. Since there was no manager on duty, he advised me to email the manager and let her know of my complaint, which i did. I had to find another suitable hotel. I lost money on this booking because it was non-refundable.
