When we came in from out of town they told us they canceled our room because they did not have hot water, but admitted they did not call us. They then stated we were booked 3 times and tried to charge my card until they seen it was another person with the same last name. They said they would give refund back on card which will take 7 days, but we did not have anywhere else to stay that night. They said we could stay and rebook, but they will not give any refund,accommodation, etc. We stayed as we had nowhere to go that night from traveling in town and hotel took our money. When we were leaving the next day, the manager Sai, stated that we left the sheets dirty, which I only had a little makeup on a pillow case. He then searched the room like a cop as if I was a criminal of some sort. We then took the $50 refundable fee from envelope and checked and said making sure it's real. He then stated "You people always leave something dirty", even though our room was still clean. He did not do that to any of the white guests that were staying in there. They also followed another black woman to her room as soon as she walked through the door.

First of all, we had a long wait outside to get the door open because it was locked. Then Etro got checked in our door key wouldn't work and we had to get the clerk to bring the master key to get the door open then in the room, the only coffee they have was decaf, and I put my socks on because they didn't have carpet and walked over to the coffee pot and walked back and sat down and my wife noticed my sock was dirty. The floor was filthy.
