What nice little spot! Very clean and the staff are great. I love the garden. The lobby is well done and very inviting. Here are the not so good things. The room furniture is bit worn and the hot tub is out of commission. The passing wasn't full and that was a good thing. Because of it was, the stalls are extremely narrow and you are in danger of for dings. However, I loved the place and would come back.

Reserved a king bed months in advance. Came to to check-in and the receptionist gave us a queen bed because her system said so. Tried calling the third party I booked with to resolve the problem but was not able to. Very disappointed. The hot tub wasn’t even working like it said as advertised. “Breakfast” is just granola bars and bad coffee. Only good thing is how close it is to Universal Studios.
