Good location, walkable metro, <20 mins to main attractions
Had a pleasant stay. Only issue was with the wifi being poor.

We loved the room but construction was on and we're woken up by 7am every morning. We didn't get to our room until 2am due to a lare flight and were women up at 7am and ruined our day, especially for the kids.
Location was 10 mins drive to universal.
Staff were lovely
Loved the all day coffee and drinks in foyer. Breakfast was very simple.
Still waiting for our room deposit, hopefully it will be back soon

Nice rooms and good staff all very friendly and helpful at all times.My room was very spacious and well appointed.The bed was a bit soft to my liking I prefer a firmer mattress but I still slept well.There is a good sized fridge and a safe deposit box in the room which is very convenient.Its walking distance to transportation options.
I really appreciated very much that I was allowed a early check-in after a very long flight.Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is well placed for Universal Studios and there are a few nice bars and restaurants around.
But there are no facilities in the hotel. There is no bar and the breakfast area is not available to use.
The windows have almost no sound proofing so you can hear everything outside your window on the street, and the floors seem very thin as you can hear people walking around in the floor above.
It was very clean and the staff were good, but I think it's expensive for what you get.
