    It’s so rare to stay in a hotel where they get all the little things right. This hotel is what 5 star should be. Exceptional.

    Absolute luxurious EXCEPT the hotel breakfast, which is abolutely confusing pseudo buffet. Claiming to be buffet breakfast but the complex menu combination and items restriction just spoilt the apetite. Stay away from the hotel so-called buffet breakfast. Other than the disappointing buffet breakfast, this hotel is truly luxurious enjoyment to stay.

    The room was spacious and offered a comfortable stay, while the cleanliness throughout the property was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The location has direct access to the train station that has access to 3 metro lines, which makes travelling more convenient.

    When we were taken to our room we had to walk out because of smell then second room we were looking in apartment or office was not a very pleasant view!! Finally a better room little out date and pricey for what it is! We were told at the reception that there was sauna but when I went to the sauna it was steam room in ladies locker room went back to the reception was advised that only men’s locker room has sauna On our last night we asked concierge to suggestion and book and nice classy restaurant for dinner as we told how nice the previous concierge had reserved us a lovely restaurant we were send to a restaurant were movie kill bill was filmed and was filled with young drunk kids…we had to look for a restaurant late night on our last night not fun!! Some of the staff was very lovely indeed!
