As perfect as a visit as possible! Easy to check-in early. 24/7 coffee and hot tea available in lobby. Room was perfect. Clean. Comfy bed and pillows and nice top blanket. Plentiful outlets for charging electronics. Easy to access ice. Never a long wait for service at the front desk. “Tiffany’s” restaurant located in parking lot. I only wish I had known to request 10% discount. There is a small gas station across the street to allow a pick up of a beer or 2 to put in the refrigerator in the room. Low price for the beer. The courtesy shuttle bus ran EXACTLY on time. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Something for everyone-even picky me! Hot, quality coffee. Breakfast hours are open for a generous 4 hours. I was there for Des Plaines Theatre and it is a super convenient location. Easy to get a Lyft or Uber to the venue and back. I would love to return to this hotel again! Thank you!!!

It’s everything you need. It looks old and basic. Toilet didn’t flush well. Water pressure was excellent. Pets should be on one floor and there should be a non pet floor because I was awaken by dogs barking.

The hotel is about 8-10 minutes away from O’Hare. The rooms are comfortable and sufficient, a bit aging, and the doors to the closet were missing. Clean and ok for an overnight stay. Staff is not the friendliest, but answered all questions. Shuttle bus free. Uber will deliver. There is a great Greek restaurant at the same location.

The tiny front parking lot is challenging due to a large bus parked in the way of the entry. There was a young man at the front desk who was either impaired or falling asleep. He could not even say hello, and stared blankly in response to simple requests. He should not be customer-facing.

This hotel is outdated and dingy. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. The airport shuttle was also poorly managed. The front desk overbooked the airport shuttle, which meant that my 80-year old mom and I had no seat, and my daughter's seat didn't have a seatbelt. The front desk only put us down for one space on the shuttle, even though there were four of us on the room reservation.

The place was terrible only the lobby was ok the rest of the building was under construction, the room doesn't have any closet doors, for the money that I paid for the nites that I stood wasn't worth it at all!!!!! I leave before my rest of the nites and I have to look for anoyher hotel in downtown area !!!! Ever ever going to trust this web site!!!! With recommendations, the pictures of this hotel are when after is remodeling by the hiton sparks!!!!! I am really dissatisfied with this!!!!!

They were doing remodeling I believe. They didn't have no slip in the shower. Also I'm not sure if the bathtub was slick from when they cleaned it before me but the tub was slipper. I ended up slipping amd falling in the tub as i stepped in it that morning. I (hopefully) sprained my knee bad enough that i am currently off work for 2 weeks.

There was a lot of room makeovers happening. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was the same thing in repeat, but it was done well. Parking is TIGHT as they share with a restaurant.

I would of gave this place a 5 star until one of the cleaning ladies took my bfs Air Force shoes in one of our Nike shopping bag while we were out exploring Chicago which we had left from 10am-8pm and we returned we noticed one of the nike shopping bags gone but just assumed they threw it since the shoes in that bag my bf had worn out and we went straight to bed since I had to be in the airport by 8:30am so when we checked out which was at 8am and by 8:20 I had got to the airport and my boyfriend left back driving to his destination and at 8:23am my boyfriend texted me saying he can’t find his shoes so I called the hotel at 9:03am to see if they had found them or they were turned in and the front desk said no my boyfriend doubled checked to make sure he probably misplaced them in his truck but no he didn’t find nothing so I called again the front desk at 7:23pm and still they didn’t find them or turn them in so just be careful because the staff(well the ladies cleaning) are stealing stuff from the rooms whenever your gone.

I really appreciated both shuttle drivers. They were professional and my morning driver saved my bacon by bringing me my phone that I left on the bus seat. I was able to make it through security and made my flight. :)
