    We booked a 1-bedroom suite with sofa bed, it was like an apartment, it was great, but the sofa bed was too worn out you could feel the spring underneath, my daughter’s back hurt the next morning and I didn’t get any sleep. The room was located upstairs, there is no elevator, we had to unload and load my son’s 3 month worth of belongings, including desktop PC, eScooter, etc from his summer internship going up/down the stairs, because the hotel refused my request to move into 2 smaller rooms on the ground floor in exchange for the suite. They will not accommodate your needs. When I told them about the uncomfortable sofa bed front desk just said “oh”.

    There are small stores around and building is quite interesting. Breakfast is the best. Definitely recommend to everyone.

    Very nice accomodations and staff was wonderful!! We left at check out time and nobody bothered us early like in other hotels. They cleaning staff had a great system and was very efficient.

    Horrible place to stay. By far the worst experience i have ever had at a Best Western!! Staff is rude and spiteful, which was absolutely shocking, the rooms are dirty and out-dated. They could care less if their guests are happy at all. It was such a horrible experience!! Please do not waste your money. There are so many other, cheaper options that you will be far happier with!!
