Arrived late in the evening and it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. With the additional stops getting to the property a couple of miles away took a total of 45-50 minutes. The staff could have informed it would be ~30 minutes instead of he’s on the way. Other shuttle services came through minimally 2 times before ours came once and a couple came 3 times. Unacceptable.

After a complete travel nightmare with American Airlines cancellations and delays, arriving at the DoubleTree DFW North late at night felt like a breath of fresh air. There were easily close to 100 exhausted and frustrated travelers in line around midnight, and somehow there was only one young woman working the front desk. I honestly don’t know how she handled it all with such professionalism, patience, kindness, and composure. She never seemed overwhelmed and treated every guest with consideration and empathy despite the chaos surrounding her.
The hotel staff truly turned a horrible situation into comfort for my daughter and me. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after an incredibly stressful travel day. The breakfast the next morning was also excellent and the staff continued to be warm and accommodating.
In moments like these, customer service matters more than ever, and this team absolutely delivered. Thank you to everyone at DoubleTree DFW North for making a difficult situation so much easier. We truly appreciated it.
