The staff was not friendly. Housekeeping entered the room just a few seconds after knocking, so there was no sense of privacy. No water bottles were provided during the stay, the phone in the room was not working, and there were no paper plates or spoons available. The swimming pool was dirty, and even basic amenities like toothpaste were missing, I had to specifically request a toothbrush and toothpaste.

I literally booked this place for the location. I had an early flight out of DFW, and just needed a bed to sleep on for the night. It was comfortable enough. However, the sink was stopped up and there was no way they could fix it until the morning. they offered to switch rooms, but my poor mom was already in bed and in pain. it wasnt worth it. my advice would be check the plumbing before unpacking.

Apparently there was construction but no notice of it on your website. The first room half the outlets didn't work, the front desk attendant was great and immediately assigned a new room. Unfortunately the beds were horrible, but I didn't want to half to change rooms again. Early in the morning there was work being done in the room next to us and we could loudly hear them drilling into the walls.
BUT Definitely a location just for an overnight stay if you need to go to the airport. Fair for the price if it's just for that
