    The toilet seat was broken and all the shower water was draining onto the floor from underneath the shower cubicle 🙁 there was no rubbish bin neither face towels provided in the bathroom. The pillows were old and badly squashed 😞 I had booked a deluxe king room and expected a decent room. Even basic essentials were not available . disappointing

    Our room didn't have a tv remote, and also no hand towels for drying hands. We were given face cloths however. We were also given a complimentary breakfast. Good location for the different things we needed to do, but can see why it was priced cheaper

    The room was dirty, and housekeeping only cleaned it twice during our 6-day stay. The staff were also very rude and unprofessional. We witnessed an incident at reception where staff yelled at guests who appeared to have difficulty communicating in English. The way these guests were treated was unacceptable and very disappointing. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s just for a quick one-night stay.

    In the pictures looks lovely in reality yuck! Paint peeling, table leg broken, fire alarm not on roof, stained chairs, mold in bathroom, carpet feels spongy Walls paper thin could hear neighbours and traffic all night * any one close to us opened their door thought was ours On plus bed was comfy and felt clean and got shuttle for free to the accommodation but quick Google said had to pay $8 each for pick up so used a Uber way cheaper Would not stay here again!
