    Great place to stay with charm. Don't expect the facilities of a modern chain but embrace the character of this lovely hotel and you will have a great stay - recommend.

    This hotel is full of character, in the center of North Beach. If you like corporate hotels with white walls (or if you require an elevator), then this place is not for you, but I would recommend it to anyone else.

    Fun little hotel with lovely staff. Feel a bit like stepping back in time. Smaller rooms with steep stairs to access first floor. Very comfortable bed with house keeping every day and a sherry in the evening. Perfect location to enjoy Italian food, access China town and head down to the piers. I would stay again.

    Pros - Hotel has history and charm, great location within Little Italy, close to loads of restaurants, bars and easy walk to fishermans wharf and other attractions, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, tidy bathroom with good water pressure, Good Wifi Cons - Extremely small room, barely fit 2 people and we were only in room to sleep, thin walls so here everything, very narrow stair (didnt bother us but something to be aware off if you have large bags)
