First thing first, even though there was a hockey team staying here also you wouldnt have been able to tell they were there except seeing them with their hockey equiptment or the few wel behaved kids sitting in the lobby joking and talking. Because ive worked at a hotel when we had teams and even as hard as i tried to get the parents to calm the kids down or them follow the rules their at a hotel and other people were there and not outside to have inside voices and respect for others there , some of them just ignored me, but like i said props to the parents on your well behaved kids. Also as always staff is great, not sure of the new womans name but she was very nice, Andrew the manager has also been very cool with me, Seth, Andriana , Jay and housekeeper Ang were all great and made it a nice quick stay.

Let's just say don't judge a book by its cover. The outside just needs some touchups but the staff inside and nice beds make up for it.
