I booked a room and then realized it was for the wrong night. I rebooted for the correct night but the hotel won't refund me for the first reservation even tho we didn't use it. Really Bad Business!!!

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had! Both of the people who worked the front desk were extremely rude. I've never had my credit card charged an upfront incidental fee, and I had to pay an additional $50 dollars because I didn't list I had my children with me. I've booked dozens of hotels over the years and that has never been an issue. We didnt want to stay here but it was non-refundable. There were in ants the breakfast area. I will NEVER stay at this location, and probably never stay at another Day's Inn again if this is how the company treats people. Please do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!
