My oldest child attends a nearby college and I booked a stay at Best Western. It is very conveniently located and within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beds for super comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here whenever I visit my daughter at school.

My guess is the local manager is doing an excellent job of selecting and training good staff. But that ownership is neglecting the facility. My room is great except for the view (of a roof that looks like a rubbish dump), other parts look kinda temporary, as if a makeover had been abandonded half-way through.
