Facility and services are excellent. There's room for improvement for breakfast as its items stay the same every morning. We stayed here for 5 consecutive nights for nearby festivals, and we were bored by the same breakfast everyday.

The location of the hotel is close to the airport, but other than this all other facilities advertised such as pool, spa,gym etc are at an additional charge which adds up when you are travelling with a family. These types of facilities are usually included in the room price but that is not the case. In terms of facilities, the rooms were quite run down and some things were broken such as hinges for the cupboard that holds the fridge. We also only received one key card. The ducts of the air vents were really dirty and doesn't look like they have been cleaned in years. The beds were clean though. Won't choose to stay there again as there are many other options.

So glad we booked this instead of the airport capsule hotel. Not only does Tobu offer shuttle between Narita Airport and hotel, they also provide shuttle between hotel and Aeon Mall. There are coin-operated washing and drying services and a microwave, all of which we used during our one-night stay. Oh and there's a Family Mart onsite too. Big comfortable room with a bathtub.

Hotel is a stones throw away from Narita airport, they offer shuttle service which is of great help. Pharmacy, souvenir shop and konbini in the hotel? the best part of my stay! My only request, please tell receptionist to be a bit accommodating and kindly direct your guest where to head is you are staying on either west wing or east wing. Thank you
