Great dinner of seafood buffet. Rooms clean. Big lounge. Some oversight in rooms management as rooms prebooked 3 weeks ago was not ready on arrival at 11pm needing wait of extra 1.5 hour until past midnight when we're exhausted through air travel. But generous compensation given with meal voucher and room upgrade.

The room and facilities were nice and clean. The room itself was a little dated but everything worked. I think it just needs a little refresh. One wing of the hotel is quite a trek from the primary lobby. This may be an issue for people with mobility issues.
The grounds were impeccable and the gym / pool clean.
It is located next to a very busy road though so some rooms may get noisy.
Breakfast was good and the staff wonderful.
