    Worst experience ever in a hotel . They have a rude staff(exception for a front desk lady and the security )that treat you like garbage . No manners ,no education ,and they don't care . I have videos of this lady mistreating me in an ugly manner .

    I was trying to extend my stay for another night when I went to the front desk clerk she was very rude, she tried to charge me ***, when on the *** the room was only ***! She then told me that if I could book the reservation online then she would give it to me at that price.. so of course i tried to book the room, and was successful in doing so.. & when I showed her the reservation she told me that she would not accept it that I still needed to check out and come back later which is exactly what I was trying to avoid which is why i booked the online reservation.. she was rude and hate oh and side note I AM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT Which is why I didn’t want to have to pack up just to upscale again!!

    The staff in this place is no joke when it come to be an a** whole . Only a white lady and the security (black guy)are nice in this place . The rest of them shouldn't be working with the public .
