Staff, security, there was an emergency evacuation that was a little bit inconvenient, considering it wasn’t anything at all. Walking down nine flights of stairs with a bad leg did kind of suck. Other than that, everyone was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Room and public spaces were clean. We spent some time by the pool and that was enjoyable. Fitness Center was nice, too. My only complaint is that the attached restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food. We found a much better breakfast nearby for a fraction of the cost.
