Travelodge by Wyndham Regina

I chose this hotel because of the pool, but in Agora, they did not mention that this hotel has been under renovation for 3 years now. I am disappointed as well, because no one cleaned our room for the entire visit to this hotel. I only request at the front desk our needs in our room. I only request you to change my bedsheets and pillow case on the second day because, since we checked, our bedsheets and pillow cases are all dirty with a lot of long and short hair inside the bedsheets. That is why I request you to change them on the second day. But I expect that the cleaner will clean our room, but only if she changes our bedsheets without cleaning the carpet or even if the floor of the washed room is not clean at all. I AM THE ONE WHOSE CLEANS OUR OWN ROOM EVERY DAY UNTIL WE CHECKED OUT. And the worst experience was in the Ricky Restaurant every day while we ate our breakfast there. All the waitresses, especially the girl who is always wearing a green shirt, is racist, and she chooses only the people she wants to greet and to serve. She never serves us properly, and she never checks on us. The way she gets the order is rude and the way she talks to us is disrespectful. On the second day, we REQUESTED ANOTHER COFFEE BUT SHE DID NOT REPLY. SHE LOOKED AT US AND WE WAIT FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE SHE BRINGS ANOTHER COFFEE. SHE'S ALWAYS CHECKING AND GREETING THE OTHER TABLE BUT AT OUR TABLE SHE NEVER GREETS US AND SHE DOESN'T CHECK ON US FROM DAY 2 UNTIL DAY 4 WE STAY IN THE HOTEL, THE WAITRESS IS TREATING US THE SAME WAY FROM DAY 2 TO DAY 4. But all the front desk in the hotel are helpful, understanding, and friendly. 

We got a much needed respite for a busy day ahead. The room is cozy, comfortable and neat.

Good stay overall .. good location good quality food

The room looked pretty plain, could have used a little more light, but otherwise does the job! The walls could do with a fresh paint job!
